Billing & Shipping

ALL ORDERS REQUIRE SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION UPON DELIVERY. If you choose to waive signature, please email April@DiamondEyesEnterprises.comor call us at 904-554-5447. You will be 100% responsible if your package is lost, stolen or missing. No refund will be issued. For all orders with unmatched billing and shipping addresses we require further verification before processing your order.

 Returns

Diamond Eyes Enterprises, LLC Return Policy: All Custom fashion garments, active sports wear and footwear are created on-demand-per-order and are not refundable unless there are quality defects.

Diamond Eyes Enterprises, LLC Size Exchange Policy: I offer a 30-day exchange for items that needs to be a smaller or larger size. Please email April@DiamondEyesEnterprises.com or call me at 904-554-5447 and we will arrange for you to exchange your item for the correct size. These are on-demand-per-order products and are non-refundable, but are exchangeable. I want my customers happy and excited to wear my Custom Designs. 

Please note: We reserve the right to send back any product with visible signs of wear. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for refunds.

Damaged Product: If you have an item  that is damaged or defective, please take photos of the damage and email them to me at  April@DiamondEyesEnterprises.com or call me 904-554-5447 to review the process for making a return. 

Sales Tax

Diamond Eyes Enterprises, LLC and Diamond Eyes Clothing and Accessories charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
