All custom-made and print-on-demand products, including apparel, accessories, promotional items, personalized products, custom artwork, and canvas prints, are made specifically for each customer and are non-refundable and non-returnable. 

All custom and digital products are final sale. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credits will be provided for custom music, digital downloads, custom artwork, digital artwork, canvas prints, personalized designs, or other custom-created products. 

Exception: Designer footwear in the Glamour Shoe Collection may qualify for returns under the Special Return Policy for Designer Footwear outlined below. 

All digital products, downloads, templates, guides, courses, eBooks, digital artwork, music downloads, and other electronically delivered products are final sale.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

We will review your request and provide resolution instructions within 2 business days.

Approved returns must:

• Be unused and unworn 
• Be free of stains, odors, or damage 
• Include original tags and packaging 
• Be returned within the approved return period:

The Glamour Shoe Collection and select designer footwear offered by Diamond Eyes Enterprises are fulfilled by our manufacturing partner in Italy and are subject to a separate return policy.

Customers may return eligible shoes within thirty (30) days of delivery for a refund or exchange, no questions asked, provided the shoes are:

• Unworn and unused
• In their original condition
• Returned with original packaging and accessories

Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method in accordance with the manufacturer's return policy.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

This return policy applies only to eligible designer footwear and does not apply to custom-made products, personalized items, digital products, custom artwork, canvas prints, or other final-sale merchandise.
