What Method of Payments do you accept?
We accept the following methods of payment: Accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and e-gift cards issued in USD.
Items will be charged to your selected method of payment when you place your order.
Please note that we are unable to process your order if we cannot obtain an authorization from your credit card company. You may wish to contact the issuing bank of your credit card regarding this matter, and then inform us of any additional information. We will keep your order on file for 48 hours before it will be cancelled. Please respond quickly; merchandise cannot be held for your order and may become unavailable.

Shipping- When can I expect my order?
Our custom designs are created on-demand-per-order. Allow 2-3 weeks for most custom active wear creation and delivery. Allow 3-5 weeks for most of our custom apparel art fashion creation and delivery. Allow 3-5 weeks for footwear creation and delivery. Note: Colors vary slightly on different devices. Custom wearable art fabrics are dyed in-house with environment-friendly water-based inks focusing on sustainability.
**Please note that Diamond Eyes Enterprises, LLC is not responsible for any potential delays after your item has been shipped as ship times do vary depending on your package destination. Diamond Eyes Enterprises, LLC is also not responsible for any customs fees that may be incurred for international shipments.**
Please note all parcels MUST be shipped to the billing address of the cardholder. In the event your billing address and shipping address do not match, your order will be placed on hold and you will be contacted by one of our customer service representatives for verification. In the event that a customer service representative cannot verify your information, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
Returns Policy
Diamond Eyes Enterprises, LLC garments are custom and they are created on-demand-per-order and are not refundable unless there are quality defects.
Size Exchange Policy: I offer a 30-day exchange for wearable art that needs to be a smaller or larger size. Please email me at April@DiamondEyesEnterprises.com or call me at 904-554-5447 and we will arrange for you to exchange your item for the correct size. These are on-demand-per-order products and are non-refundable, but are exchangeable. I want my customers happy and excited to wear my custom designs.
Damaged Product: If you have an item that is damaged or defective, please take photos of the damage and email them to me at April@DiamondeyesEnterprises.com or call me 904-554-5447 to review the process for making a return. You will receive a response within 24-48 business hours.
Return Items condition
All merchandise must be received back in its original form. It must not be worn, altered, damaged, and free of any stains, odors, or distinct smells including perfume. Refunds will be issued in the same form of original payment type, excluding shipping and handling costs which are non-refundable.
All tags must be attached when returned. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SALE ITEMS, ACCESSORIES, HATS, BRALETTES, PANTIES, AND BODYSUITS ARE FINAL SALE - NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
Please note all items purchased with a coupon code are FINAL SALE, and can only be returned for an exchange or store credit.
